Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford is indeed a huge fight in the boxing world. It is, in fact, one of the best sports events of 2025.
Turki Al-Sheikh, on Tuesday, made it clear to the fight world that Alvarez versus Crawford will be set for September 13th in Las Vegas.
However, the venue is still not updated. Dana White, who is the UFC president, is the promoter of this mega pound-for-pound boxing event.
Crawford is unbeaten in 41 professional fights, winning all of them. Canelo Alvarez has won 63 of his 67 fights, with two draws and two losses.
However, the amount of great competition Canelo has fought is much better than Crawford.
Crawford is taking a huge jump of two weight classes to fight Canelo for the undisputed super-middleweight titles.
Despite Canelo having the weight difference advantage, several fight fans are leaning towards Crawford.

The great Mexican expressed his views on social media after the fight announcement.
He said: “He’s a great fighter. But he’s not Canelo.”
