In 2021, she won two more fights: First against Aleksandra Vujovic on 1st October and then Maria Capriolo in December. She was looking like a massive knockout artist. But on 12 March 2022, she faced a defeat to Erica Farias in a 10-round fight.
But in the rematch on 6 August 2022, Sandy got victorious in a rematch against Erica Farias. Then on 26 November 2022, Sandy won the fight against Anahi Ester Sanchez in a 10-round contest. It pushed her to have a world title fight on 22 April 2023, where she beat Marie Pier Houle at the Cardiff International Arena Cardiff in Wales and won the WBO welterweight title.
Her promoter Eddie Hearn then made her fight for the undisputed welterweight title against Jessica McCaskill on 23 September 2023. It was a standard decision draw at Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida, United States.
Hence, McCaskill kept her united titles and Sandy remained as the WBO champion. On 23 March 2024, Sandy retired Terri Harper in the fourth round and retained her title.
But then on 27 September 2023 and 29 March 2025, Sandy lost twice to Mikaela Mayer. As a result, she lost her WBO welterweight belt.
