On Sunday, the boxing fans did not get a massive update of Oleksandr Usyk facing Daniel Dubois for the undisputed heavyweight championship at Wembley Stadium on July 19.
In 2023, Usyk beat Dubois in a ninth-round knockout in Poland. However, Dubois has beaten Jarrell Miller, Filip Hrgovic and Anthony Joshua ever since.
During the first fight, Dubois felt that he should have awarded a knockdown. But the referee called it a low blow.
Usyk had a perfect 2024 where he beat Tyson Fury twice and became the undisputed heavyweight champion, too.
But he had to leave the IBF belt due to his rematch with Fury. In the meantime, Dubois beat AJ in September 2024 and became the legitimate IBF champion.
Dubois is in the form of his life. However, Usyk has not lost as a professional and has won all 23 fights.
Queensberry Promotions shared the first face-off for Usyk vs Dubois II on social.
The reel indicates how angry Dubois looks overall ahead of a mega fight in England.
