BoMac McIntyre, who is the lead trainer of Terence Crawford, is confident ahead of the fight against Saul Canelo Alvarez in September for the undisputed super-middleweight title.
BoMac’s lead boxer, Crawford, is taking a massive jump of two weight classes to face the Mexican great, who has only lost twice in his pro career.
Unbeaten Crawford is gearing up for the biggest fight of his professional career.
BoMac said: “He wants to show the world that he’s the best.”
Beating Canelo would be a huge statement. It is a legacy-making fight for the American, as he does not have a deep resume like Canelo.
It is also a golden chance for Crawford to become boxing’s first male boxing fighter to become three-weight undisputed world champion.
